Next Door Capital was established in 2020 as an alternative investment vehicle to deploy the capital of its owner, Jamie Dietz.

Jamie identified this unique niche as an opportunity to combine his network of borrowers with over 25 years of real estate experience. He has owned over 50 rental units, developed ground up projects, and served as a corporate real estate advisor for Fortune 500 companies.

Perhaps even more important, Jamie spent several years in the trenches learning construction trade skills. His hands-on experience allows him to understand the renovation process, budgets and how a successful project is completed from start to finish.
